Hourly rates range from $125 to $250 depending on service area, with most consulting work at $175 per hour. Larger engagements can be structured as milestone-based fixed fees. Every engagement begins with a written line-item estimate, and phased structures let you start with what is most urgent.

Is there flexibility for small or grassroots budgets?

Yes. For early-stage founders, grassroots organizations, and any client operating under a constrained budget, rate adjustments, phased structures, and creative engagement models are always open for discussion. Raise it early and the proposal will be built around what you actually have.

How quickly can work begin?

You receive a written proposal within one week of the discovery meeting. Once the agreement is signed, kickoff is scheduled promptly and timelines are set around your milestones, whether that is a grant deadline, fiscal year start, board meeting, or program launch.

Can you work with organizations outside your region?

Yes. Most engagements run virtually with scheduled in-person sessions where they add value. Boots on the Ground and real estate project management engagements are scoped with location and travel accounted for in advance.
