A full business plan revision paired with a three-scenario financial model and an investor pitch deck. The engagement introduced a recurring membership tier that lifted modeled Year One revenue by roughly 17 percent while smoothing the cash-flow volatility between cohorts.

Additional outcome: service language was repositioned from clinical to capacity-based framing, protecting the founder’s scope of practice as a licensed clinician.
